“CA NOW” or “The California National Organization for Women” launched an electronic magazine that plans to bring notice on an outbreak of injustice with females, refusal of due process and bribery that fallout in totally fit mothers losing care of their kids, habitually to abusive males. The book was launched October 5 to agree with proceedings spotlighted on the subjects of family law in addition to Domestic Violence that has risen across the country.
The electronic magazine is a gathering of essays from expert – from psychologists and legal specialists to journalists and moms – who have been combating on the frontlines for mothers’ privileges in family law courts. Karen Ander son says regarding how she turned her personal struggle into a campaign in support of all mothers. Dr. Lundy Bancroft has been a violent follower of tattered moms and now calls on these females to spearhead a mothers’ rights progress. Sharon Bass shares her insights relating to court appointed evaluators and their extensive stress. Dr. Robert Geffner lends his expertise on child sexual mistreatment in the family law courts. Retired judge Sol Gothard gives his viewpoint on the family law courts based on nearly 50 years of experience. Professor Mo Hannah informs her inspiration for organizing the country’s most important discussion on tattered females and custody. Karen Hartley-Nagle tells the story of her case and how it inspired her to run for office on a family law platform. Paige Hodson turned her skill in the courtroom into a battle for protective legislation – and won! The legal team of Kristen, Diane and Charles Hofheimer suggest advice to mothers on how to present their cases in court. Filmmaker Dominique Lasseur clarifies his motivation for making the innovative film, “Breaking the Silence.” Professor Garland Waller recommends people on ways to get media notice, and journalist Kristen Lombardi explains the difficulties of reporting on these subjects. Professor Geraldine Stahly shares her research on family law, domestic violence and custody. Blogger Trish Wilson makes an influential argument against unstipulated joint custody.
