Carmel-based law firm Hollingsworth Jocham & Zivitz, LLC, selected Stephenie Jocham (from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College) to the graduates Board. The creator of St. Mary-of-the-Woods, Mother Theodore Guerin, will be canonized in October.

Ms. Jocham is a beginning associate of Hollingsworth Jocham & Zivitz, LLC and simultaneously she practices in the areas of family law and civil litigation. Ms. Jocham is also a domestic and civil negotiator. She got her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis and her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.

Ms. Jocham is an associate of the Hamilton County, Indianapolis, Indiana and American Bar Associations, and their family law, different dispute resolution divisions, associate of the Association for disagreement Resolution, the Women in Law Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis Alumni Association. She at this time serves on the managerial group of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Secretary 2005-2006) and on the Indiana State Bar Association Pro Se Mediation Task Force.

She had the speech in the issues of family law and alternative argument resolution as follows: Mediation: Ethics of Pro Se, Recent Cases & A Look at Marion Superior Court (Indianapolis Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee Seminar, November 2005); Family Law - Beyond the Basics (Heartland Pro Bono Council, December 2005); Pro Se Mediation - A Mediator's Perspective (Marion County Magistrate, January 2006). She has as well served as a mediation training coach (Public Policy Mediation Training, IU School of Law at Indianapolis, August 2005 and January 2006).
