Rice, III, originator of Rice Law, PLLC, worked as District Court Judge of New Hanover County for 14 years and has practiced law in North Carolina for 35 years.

“Having a latest firm gives us the capability to serve our customers enhanced on a more expansive basis,” says Rice. He founded the Law Firm of Charles E. Rice, III so as to assist New Hanover inhabitants with all features of family law counting marital agreements, separation, divorce, child care, and support and property separation.

Mark Spencer Williams, a national Education lawyer as well as North Carolina Family and Real Property lawyer, is an ex-Director of Financial Aid & Veterans Services of University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Williams has 14 years skill with assisting colleges and universities administer billions in national student aid all through the nation and are a fresh graduate of the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University where he was an Articles Editor of the Law Review.
