John Longenecker's a renowned author, freshly released second edition of "Transfer Of Wealth" is an expose of official go-nowhere anti-crime policies updated with cautions of 2006 United Nations threats to U.S. personal sovereignty and Hurricane Katrina's 2006 untoward aftermaths bent on that same goal.

Longenecker's concentration includes updates on the imposition of RFID Chip tracking of persons and property soon, the imposition of National ID Cards to come in 2008, and other intrusions all in the name of fighting violence and terrorism.

Past Los Angeles Paramedic Longenecker has seen his share of criminal gunshot wounds over a ten year service, but wonders where all the self-defense shootings were. "Transfer of Wealth" is in part a product of that inquiry.

Longenecker also finds how more than 22,000 gun laws affect the non-gun owner household intensely, primarily by imposing rules which cannot touch crime and which are observed by only the law-abiding.
